My Pancakes

6 Original Dutch pancakes

These are my savoury pancakes. They make the most
delicious, super-fast suppers, Just open your fridge and
get creative with the ingredients inside. Magic!

Energy 950kJ/230kcal, Fat 11.2g, of which saturates 2.9g, Carbohydrates 25g, of which sugars 5.2g, Fibre 0.9g, Protein 6.3g, Salt 0.76g.


Skimmed milk, wheat flour, egg, vegetable oils (rapeseed, coconut), buckwheat flour, sugar, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), salt, preservative (calcium propionate).

Allergic to something?

Contains gluten, milk, wheat and egg. Suitable for vegetarians.

Pan fry

Remove packaging. Place pancake in a non-stick pan and warm on a medium heat for 60 seconds on both sides. Don’t forget to flip and catch!


Remove packaging. Place pancake on a microwaveable plate and heat on 800W for 40 seconds.

Oven cook

Remove packaging. Place pancake on ovenproof dish. Cover with foil and heat in centre of preheated oven at 200oC for 6-8 minutes or until warmed through.

Cooking appliances vary. Make sure pancake is piping hot before eating!
