  1. Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and the aged 16 and over, excluding employees or agencies of Abra-ca-Debora, their family members, or anyone else connected with this promotion.
  2. Promotion is open until 31st May, 2013 at 11.59pm.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter

  1. Via Web: Fully complete the entry form at www.abra-ca-debora.co.uk and submit recipes that you have created using the stated Abra-ca-Debora Original Dutch pancakes or Abra-ca-Debora Sweet Dutch pancakes.
  2. Recipes will be reviewed, after moderation (clause 7) and the best recipes will be published on the Abra-ca-Debora website.
  3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
  4. All recipes and/or images submitted will be subject to moderation. The Promoter has the absolute discretion to upload or not upload any recipe with image or without and to remove any image already uploaded without giving reasons for the decision. The Promoter shall in particular refuse to upload any image for the following reasons:
    1. Use of defamatory or malicious content
    2. Any indecent or inappropriate content
    3. Inclusion of other brands
  5. By entering, the entrant agrees that:
    1. They have either personally created the recipes and taken the submitted images (if applicable).
    2. They are the sole owner and copyright holder of the recipes and/or images.
    3. They grant to the Promoter the right to use the recipes and/or images for a period of 24 months from the publishing date on the Dorset Cereal website in any reasonable manner and media the Promoter deems reasonable and for no further consideration and payment free.
    4. They grant the Promoter the right to use entered the recipes and/or images on the Abra-ca-Debora website, Facebook, and newsletters of Abra-ca-Debora for a period of 24 months from the publishing date on the Abra-ca-Debora website for no further consideration and payment free.
    5. They have obtained the full permission of any person that appears in their submitted image.
  6. The entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any claims, liability, damages, costs or expenses incurred as a result of a submitted image infringing upon the rights of any third party.
  7. Entries not fulfilling the stated criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified and will not be published on the Abra-ca-Debora website.

General

  1. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of this promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.   2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the recipes ideas or creating recipes. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with creation of recipes or entering into this promotion.
  4. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. By entering your recipe ideas, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  6. This Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
