- 4 slices prosciutto
- Maple syrup to serve
- 2 Original Dutch Pancakes
- Heat a frying pan. Without adding any oil, fry the prosciutto slices until wrinkled and crisp. Place on a sheet of kitchen roll and leave to cool slightly. Break prosciutto into shards.
- Heat the pancakes in the microwave for
30 seconds each, scatter the prosciutto shards over them, pour maple syrup over to taste, then roll. Yum!
