- 1 Original Dutch Pancake
- 100ml passata
- Handful fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 125g mozzarella, sliced
- Handful grated parmesan
- Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
- Basil leaves to finish
- Heat oven to 200°C. Mix the passata, basil, and crushed garlic together.
- Place pancake on baking sheet and bake until crisp, but not too dark.
- Spread passata mix on top. Throw on the cheese and tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Bake until cheese melts. Buen Appetito!
