6 Buttermilk Pancakes

These are my buttermilk pancakes. They make for the most brilliant breakfast or terrific tea-time. Top with your favourite treats for a pan-tastic snack.

Wheat flour, skimmed milk, egg, vegetable oils (rapeseed, coconut), sugar, buttermilk powder, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), vinegar, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).

How to do it
Remove packaging. Place pancake on a microwaveable plate and heat on 800W for 30 seconds.
Oven Cook
Remove packaging. Place pancakes on ovenproof dish. Heat in centre of preheated oven at 200ºC for 4 minutes or until warmed through.They’re also lovely cold.
