Granola, Fruit and Yoghurt

What a glorious way to wake up to the day. Why not make breakfast in bed for someone special?

SERVES 2 | TIME 5 MINUTES

Ingredients

2 Original Dutch Pancakes
or Sweet Dutch Pancakes

1 large pot of your favourite yoghurt
~
2 good handfuls of granola
~
2 handfuls of raspberries or sliced nectarines

Method

Place the cold pancakes on two plates and throw on a handful of your favourite granola on each of them.

Top with raspberries or nectarines, or both! Spoon over the yoghurt and gently roll. What a lovely, wholesome breakfast!
