Lemon Twist
I know you Brits like lemon and sugar with your pancakes on Pancake Day, but why not try this interesting twist? It’s scrummy.
SERVES 6 | TIME 5 MINUTES
Ingredients
1 packet Sweet Dutch Pancakes

1 jar lemon curd
~
Few sprigs mint
Method

Scoop the lemon curd into a microwaveable bowl, cover and microwave for 2 minutes.

Heat the pancakes in the microwave for 3 minutes. Put them on plates, pour lemon curd on top, roll and garnish with mint.
