2 Abra-ca-Debora Sweet Dutch Pancakes

Small pot ricotta cheese

1 punnet strawberries
~
2 tbsp clear honey
~
Handful hazelnuts, smashed
Method

Place pancakes on picnic plates, dollop ricotta on each one, drizzle with honey and throw hazelnuts on top.

Sprinkle with strawberries.
