An international pancake that everyone will love. The ingredients are easily multiplied to serve larger numbers.
4 slices prosciutto

Maple syrup to serve

2 Original Dutch Pancakes

Heat a frying pan. Without adding any oil, fry the prosciutto slices until wrinkled and crisp. Place on a sheet of kitchen roll and leave to cool slightly. Break prosciutto into shards.

Heat the pancakes in the microwave for
30 seconds each, scatter the prosciutto shards over them, pour maple syrup over to taste, then roll. Yum!
